All of our Bread is made from the same, made-fresh-from-scratch dough that we use for our Pizza, meaning that just like the crust on our Pizza, our Bread is famously fluffy and dense on the inside and perfectly golden-toasty on the outside; when we make our Italian Cheesy Bread, we let the dough rise, making it even fluffier while maintaining that delicious density that our crusts are known for, so when we load it with our 100%-real mozzarella, it becomes an incredibly cheesy and delicious "brick".
